Quick Login methods on growdice

growdice supports multiple Quick Login options to fit your preferences. The fastest is biometric login—use your fingerprint or face on your phone to unlock your account instantly. If you prefer not to use biometric, we offer saved-credential login, where your username (or email) is pre-filled and you enter only your password. We also provide one-time code login: you request a code via SMS or email, and we send it to your registered contact. Enter the code and you are logged in.

Each method is equally secure because we verify your identity through your phone number or email address. Biometric data never leaves your device—we only verify that biometric authentication was successful on your phone. One-time codes are generated server-side and expire within subject to verification, so they cannot be reused.

Setting up Quick Login

To enable Quick Login on growdice, open the app, tap your account menu, and select Login Settings or Security. You see options to enable biometric login, saved credentials, or one-time code login. Choose the methods that suit you. If you enable biometric, your phone's operating system prompts you to verify your fingerprint or face—growdice does not capture this data. We only receive confirmation that biometric verification succeeded.

Once enabled, Quick Login appears as your default option the next time you close and reopen the app. You can disable or switch methods at any time in Settings.

Quick Login is available on both Android and iOS. Android users install the growdice app and set up biometric through Android system settings; iOS users access growdice via Safari or other browsers and use Face ID. Both paths are equally secure and fast.

How Quick Login works on growdice

Biometric login flow

Open the growdice app on your Android or iOS device. If you have biometric Quick Login enabled, the login screen shows a large fingerprint or face icon. Tap it, and your phone's biometric system activates—on Android, you place your finger on the sensor; on iOS via browser, you look at the camera for Face ID. Your phone verifies your identity locally (biometric data never leaves your device), and if successful, the app sends an authentication token to our server.

Our server receives the token, verifies that it corresponds to your account, checks for any account flags or suspicious activity, and grants access. If everything passes, you are logged in and the app displays your account dashboard or last active game. The entire process takes 2–3 seconds on a typical connection.

One-time code login flow

If you prefer not to use biometric, tap the "Send code" or "Get code" option on the login screen. Enter your email or phone number (whichever is registered with your growdice account). We send a six-digit code to your email or SMS. Enter the code in the app. Our server verifies the code, confirms it matches your account, and logs you in. The code expires after subject to verification, so if you do not use it in time, you must request a new one.

One-time code login is useful if you are on a new device, have not set up biometric yet, or prefer a traditional text-based code. It is equally secure because only you receive the code on your registered contact.

Quick Login on growdice reduces friction without sacrificing security. You stay authenticated and protected, but the login itself feels instantaneous—one tap and you are in your account, ready to access live tables or place bets on Liga 1 and Piala AFF matches.

Saved credential login

Some users prefer typed login for control. If you enable saved credentials on growdice, your email or username is pre-filled on the login screen, and you type only your password. We do not save your password in plaintext; instead, we store a cryptographic hash. When you enter your password, we hash it and compare it to our stored hash. If it matches, you are authenticated.

Saved credential login is slower than biometric (you must type) but faster than full login because your username is already there. Use this method if you like typing your password, or if your device does not support biometric.

Biometric

Fastest method. Uses your phone's fingerprint or face recognition. Data stays on your device; growdice only confirms success.

One-time code

Code sent to your email or SMS. Valid for subject to verification. Useful on new devices or if you have not set up biometric.

Saved credentials

Your username is remembered; you type your password. Secure but requires manual entry.

Session management

Once you are logged in via Quick Login, your session is active on that device. We keep you logged in until you manually log out or your session expires (typically after 30 days of inactivity). If you log into growdice on a new device, your previous session remains active on the old device. You can log out of all devices via Settings if you suspect compromise.

During live-dealer gameplay—for example, while you are at a Lightning Baccarat or Boom City table—we do not log you out mid-session. If your internet drops, we try to reconnect. If reconnection fails after subject to verification, we log you out for security. Your bets are saved in the system, so when you log back in, you can check the results of hands you were playing.

Two-factor authentication and Quick Login

Quick Login works independently of two-factor authentication (2FA). If you have 2FA enabled on your growdice account, Quick Login first verifies your biometric or code, then prompts for your 2FA verification (a code from your authenticator app or email). This two-step process adds extra security: even if someone gains access to your biometric on your phone, they still need your 2FA code to enter your account.

We recommend enabling both Quick Login and 2FA for standard security practices. You remain protected without sacrificing convenience.

What to do if Quick Login fails

If biometric login fails on your phone, tap "Try again" or "Use code instead." Biometric can fail if your fingerprint or face changes (injury, different lighting, glasses), or if the sensor is dirty. Use the one-time code method instead, or switch to saved-credential login.

If one-time codes are not arriving, check that your email or phone number is correct in your growdice account settings. If codes are going to the wrong address, update your contact details and try again. If you cannot receive codes at all, contact our support team via chat or email.

Tips and practical notes

Switching devices and Quick Login

If you get a new phone, you must set up Quick Login again on that device. Open growdice, use one-time code or saved credentials to log in, then enable biometric in Settings. Your account data moves with you—your balance, betting history, and saved payment methods are all linked to your account, not your device.

If you give your old phone to someone else, log out of growdice completely before handing it over. Go to Settings, tap Log out of all devices, and confirm. This ends all sessions on all devices using that account. Set up Quick Login on your new phone afterward.

Password reset and Quick Login

If you forget your password, you can still log in using one-time code (no password needed). Once logged in, go to Settings and reset your password. You can also reset your password before logging in by tapping "Forgot password" on the login screen; we send a reset link to your email, and you set a new password there.

After resetting your password, your Quick Login methods remain active. Biometric and one-time codes do not depend on your password—they are independent authentication paths.

Account security and phishing

Never share your one-time login code with anyone, even if they claim to be from growdice support. Our team will never ask for your code, password, or biometric. If someone requests this information, do not comply and report the interaction to our support team.

Quick Login protects against phishing because biometric data and one-time codes never leave your phone or email. An attacker cannot intercept them the way they might intercept a password typed into a fake website.

Regional and network performance

Players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang typically experience Quick Login in under 2 seconds. Network latency and your device's biometric speed may add a second or two. If Quick Login takes longer than 5 seconds, check your internet connection. Quick Login requires a stable connection to verify your account with our servers.

If you are on a slow network (2G, weak WiFi), consider using one-time code login instead of biometric, as it does not depend on biometric hardware performance.

Deposits and withdrawals after Quick Login

Once you are logged in via Quick Login, you can deposit and withdraw using our standard payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Quick Login does not change the deposit or withdrawal process—it only streamlines how you access your account.
