Account and registration
No. Each person is allowed only one active account on growdice. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same email, phone number, or identity document, we will close all duplicate accounts and forfeit their balances. Multiple accounts violate our terms and can result in permanent suspension.
If you need to close your current account and open a new one, contact our support team first. We can help you with account closure and verify that a new registration is permitted before you proceed.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to unlock full account features on growdice. We ask for a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driving license) and a selfie with that ID to verify your identity. You may also need to provide proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) if you live outside major cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang.
Upload clear, legible photos of both sides of your ID. The selfie must show your face clearly and match the ID you upload. Verification typically completes within 24 hours. If your documents are rejected, we will tell you why and ask you to resubmit.
We collect your email, phone number, identity documents, and transaction history when you register and use growdice. We use this data to verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money-laundering rules, and process deposits and withdrawals. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers. We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure as required by law. Payments and transactions
growdice supports deposits via multiple payment methods. Your minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on which method you choose. DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment typically allow deposits starting from a few thousand rupiah up to several million per transaction. e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet transfers may have higher limits.
During checkout, your chosen payment provider will display the exact minimum and maximum for that method. Contact our support team if you need to make a deposit outside the standard range or if you have questions about limits on a specific payment method.
growdice does not charge fees on deposits. Your full deposit amount is credited to your account. However, your payment provider (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment) may apply their own fees depending on your account type and transaction size. Check with your provider before depositing.
Withdrawal fees depend on your chosen payment method. Some methods may have no fee, while others may charge a small processing fee set by the payment provider. The exact fee will be shown before you confirm your withdrawal request. We do not retain any withdrawal fees—all charges come from your payment provider.
Our support team responds to most inquiries within 24 hours. For urgent issues—such as account lockout, payment problems, or suspected fraud—mark your message as urgent and we will prioritize it, typically responding within a few hours during business hours.
You can reach us via in-app chat or email. If you contact us during holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, our response may be delayed. We will confirm receipt of your message and let you know when you can expect a full response.
Games and offers
We offer welcome offers to new users who meet our eligibility criteria. Yes. growdice offers demo mode for most slot games, allowing you to play without spending real money. Demo mode uses virtual credit so you can learn game rules and features risk-free. To enter demo mode, select a slot game and choose the demo or practice option from the game menu.
Demo mode is not available for live-dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) or sports betting on Liga 1, Piala AFF, or other tournaments. These require a real account and real deposit. Demo mode credit never converts to real money and expires after your session ends.
Security and data
We encrypt your data in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text.
