This page describes what we collect when you use growdice and how we keep that data protected. We gather information from you during account registration, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support interactions. We use this information to run the platform, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve your experience.
We operate under the principle that your data is yours. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing. We share data only with payment processors, fraud-prevention vendors, and government authorities when required by law. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, but we apply the same security and privacy standards regardless of location.

What we collect on growdice
We collect your email address and phone number when you register an account. These are required for account verification and two-factor authentication. We also collect your full name, date of birth, and identity document (passport or national ID) for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before your first withdrawal. Your address is collected to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
During gameplay on growdice, we collect betting history, game results, win and loss amounts, and timestamps. This data helps us detect unusual patterns and prevent fraud. We log your login times and IP addresses, and we track which games you access and for how long. If you use our live-dealer tables, we may record your session for quality assurance—this recording includes video and audio from the dealer stream, but not from your device.
When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we collect transaction references and amounts. We do not store your payment credentials—your e-wallet provider handles authorization and keeps your banking details. We only log what was transferred and when. For withdrawals, we collect your bank account number or e-wallet identifier so we know where to send your funds.
We never store your payment passwords
When you deposit on growdice, your bank or e-wallet provider handles password entry. We receive only confirmation that the transaction succeeded. Your banking credentials never reach our servers.
How we use your data
We use your email and phone to send account notifications: login alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional messages (if you opt in). We use your KYC documents to verify your identity and prevent account takeover. We use betting history to detect fraud—for example, if someone wins unusually large sums immediately after account creation, we may flag the account for review.
We use IP addresses and device identifiers to track multiple accounts from the same location, which helps prevent fraud and money-laundering schemes. We use game timestamps to ensure fair play and to resolve disputes—if you claim a game result was incorrect, we review the logs to investigate.
We share transaction data with payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank partners) to execute deposits and withdrawals. We share fraud signals with our anti-fraud vendor to improve detection. We share data with government authorities only when required by law or court order.

You can request data deletion after your account is inactive for 5 years, subject to legal holds. If you request deletion sooner and there is no legal reason to retain your data, we delete it. We cannot delete information that is subject to ongoing disputes or regulatory investigation.
Your rights on growdice
Access and correction
You have the right to access all personal data we hold about you. Log into your growdice account and navigate to Settings or Privacy to view and download your data. If you find incorrect information—for example, a misspelled name or wrong phone number—you can update it directly in your account settings. If you cannot edit a field, contact our support team.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to remember your login session and to track site usage. These cookies are stored on your device and expire when you log out or close your browser. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. Third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics) place cookies to measure growdice traffic and user behaviour; you can opt out of these via your browser settings.
Marketing emails and SMS
We send promotional emails and SMS only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by updating your preferences in your growdice account settings. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional emails (withdrawal confirmations, login alerts), which we send regardless.
Data location and security
Our servers are located in multiple regions, including outside your jurisdiction. We encrypt data in transit using TLS (industry standard). Data at rest (stored on our servers) is encrypted with AES-256. Access to data is restricted to authorized staff members who need it to perform their job. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
We do not guarantee absolute security—no system is unhackable—but we maintain industry-standard practices. If a breach occurs, we notify affected users and authorities within the timeframes required by law.
Third-party links
growdice may contain links to external sites (e.g., payment processor pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. When you click a link to a third party, you are subject to their privacy policy, not ours. Read their policies before providing data.
Children and age restrictions
growdice is not intended for users under the legal age for gaming in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover you are underage, we close your account and refund any balance.
Policy changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of growdice after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.

Your use of growdice is subject to this policy and our terms and conditions. This privacy policy is effective as of the date it is published on our site and applies to all users of growdice in supported jurisdictions.
